The Police have begun
investigation into the allegation that one
policeman attempted to open fire on the
Commandant-General of Nigeria Security
and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Dr Ade
Abolurin.
This is contained in a statement issued
by DCP Emmanuel Ojukwu ,the Force
Public Relations Officer, on Friday in
Abuja.
It said the NSCDC spokesman, Emmanuel
Okeh, made the allegation on Friday,
saying the incident occurred in Lagos on
Friday.
